CM2000A Refrigerant Recovery and Charging Machine Used in Yangzhou Shouyuan Factory

Actual conditions: air bags 5-10m3/pcs, 20% content of CO2, trifluoroiodomethane (similar to R22), liquefaction temperature is -23 °C, aim to separate CO2. Now the test stage, 10 bags/day, total volume 100m3, 20 tons/year(factory capacity), still test stage, 20kg/set, now a refrigeration system in use, pumping into cylinder with a vacuum pump, no pressure in it. The cylinder is cooled to -60 °C, but the residual gas remains 20%-30% refrigerant, and the liquid level temperature of CO2 is -78.5 °C.

Solution: CM2000A oil free refrigerant recovery charging machine with independent tooling device, which can directly recover and charge gas, liquid or gas-liquid mixed refrigerant. The customer used the CM2000A to increase the cylinder pressure and then discharge the air.
