Singapore EW2R V400 Explosion Proof Refrigerant Recovery Machine

EW2R was established in 1968,mainly engaged in the recycling of used household appliances and waste disposal, solid waste management services including confidential material destruction,  waste paper management, plastic recycling, waste collection and logistics services.

Up to 2020, the disassembly efficiency of waste refrigerators and air conditioners has been a difficulty in processing of disassembly, always troubled the production. The original recovery machine can’t meet the processing capacity demands with the increasing production line.Furthermore the R600A in refrigerator with inflammable and explosive, it has extremely high safety requirements for the refrigerant recovery machine.

Through various investigates, they learned that CM refrigeration was the main supplier of domestic dismantling industry in China . In 2021, EW2R contacted our CM. Based on customers' requirements, CM customized a complete set of solutions, V400 explosion proof refrigerant recovery machine utilizes explosion-proof electrical boxes, motors and oil-free compressor. It has passed the ATEX third party explosion proof EU certification and is fully applicable to the recovery of hydrocarbon refrigerant. At last, EW2R decided to order two V400 series anti-explosion refrigerant recovery machines one time special for dismantling waste household appliances.

Since the machine was in use, the high recovery efficiency and the stable operation to help customers improve the capacity,and greatly improved factory efficiency.
