Hubei Yihua Adopts ChunMu CM8600 Refrigerant Charging Machine for Industrial Chiller Units
Hubei Yihua selected the ChunMu CM8600 refrigerant charging machine to support refrigerant filling for its on-site industrial chillers. The site required stable, accurate and repeatable charging performance for large cooling systems, with strict requirements for vacuuming, leak testing and high-volume refrigerant filling.
The CM8600 refrigerant filling machine runs on PLC control and a color touchscreen for intuitive operation. It adopts a high-precision flow sensor with 0.1g resolution and achieves repeat charging accuracy ≤±0.5%. Equipped with a pneumatic booster pump, it delivers steady pressure and fast charging at 60–200 g/s, with a maximum continuous filling capacity of 99999g.
This all-in-one unit integrates vacuuming, leak detection and refrigerant charging. Its high-vacuum pump reaches 5–10 Pa for fast evacuation, with adjustable vacuum and leak-test durations. The 3.5m charging gun with head-mounted control buttons simplifies field work. It also alerts operators when refrigerant in the supply cylinder is low, and features a mobile frame for flexible deployment.
After deployment, Hubei Yihua gained consistent refrigerant dosage for chillers, fewer manual adjustments and safer standardized charging workflows. The CM8600 refrigerant charging machine meets the plant’s demanding precision and safety standards for continuous chemical production cooling.
